Stopped by this spot for a casual dinner and had a mixed experience. The Southwest Chicken Bowl was flavorful, but the chicken was a bit overcooked. Service was friendly but slow, possibly due to the busy evening crowd. The atmosphere was lively, though the noise level made conversation challenging. Overall, decent food but room for improvement in service and ambiance.

My cousin chose Applebee's to celebrate her 41st birthday, and it was a fantastic experience. We sat at the bar where she enjoyed the chicken Alfredo, while I had the strawberry chicken salad. Our waitress was professional and ensured our food arrived promptly. Overall, it was an excellent outing, and I'm definitely looking forward to returning.

Been going to this place since they first opened years ago. Food hasn’t changed much, better than most, in my opinion. Service has declined through the years but today’s experience was the worse so far. Food was late, take out food took forever but it was the waitress’s attitude that stood out. She didn’t take her time to speak with us and at least explain why the food was late but it was her talking to us and walking away while still talking that was so offensive. This happened not once but a few times when she visited our table. That was just plain rude!

The manager is a real piece of work, her name is Yesenia, it was definitely busy, there were lots of people there from a graduation. However, the manager was yelling at the servers, where to sit the guest. The restaurant was out of glassware because the tables were not being picked up. Yesenia was picking up dirty dishes from larger empty tables, and instead, of taking them to the kitchen, she placed the dirty dishes on smaller clean tables to accommodate guests. We noticed that the servers did not help each other. Our empty plates sat at our table for awhile. This placenis a mess. We went there because we had a gift card. Our waiter was very nice and tried to keep it together, thank you.

I come here all the time. I ordered a glass of wine at the bar and there was lipstick stains all over it. I reordered another glass and still there was lipstick stains all over it. Maria (with her nasty attitude says to me, you can say it nicely). How many times does a customer have to say, please make sure the glass is clean? She was not nice and professional. Instead she should have just apologized and corrected the issue by wiping the top of the glass when cleaning it
